G&W were pleased to be the contractor for the electrical design and installation works for the upgrade of Vue Cinema at York.
Working to a very tight and challenging program while ensuring the cinema remained fully operational, we successfully carried out the following works:
- Power supplies to all new reclining seats within all screens.
- Replacement and upgrades to LED lighting in all auditoria.
- Replacement of all lighting controls.
- Upgrades to external lighting.
- Installation of services to new foyer, concessions and preparation areas.
- Refurbishment of back of house staff areas .
- Involvement in the replacement of all roof plant.
Our team enjoyed being part of the Vue Construction team, helping to get this project over the line, on time and in budget.
