Design & Specification
Given basic drawing details & requirements, designs, plans & layouts for electrical supply are produced to suit the project. Specifications are also written, aligned to the client’s needs.

Project Management
We will assign a project manager, site manager, site engineers and other staff members, as required to effectively manage the installation process.

Project Coordination & Communication
During the implementation of any project, the effective coordination & communication with trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect of mechanical and other specialist sub-contractors. We also work with all project team members to define the safety and logistical requirements for the installation, to ensure a smooth transition from concept to completion.

Reporting & Cost Control
During the installation process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred, or that we may foresee.

Testing, Commissioning & Project Closeout
One of the most critical stages of the installation process is the testing, commissioning and closeout of the project. G&W undertake and oversee any testing & commissioning, within our scope of works and compile completed test reports for O&M manuals.
